Laboratory Testing

As more clients are taking an active role in managing their health, laboratory diagnostic testing can be a very useful tool to help provide a more complete picture of the health of the individual. They can also be used to help identify problems before chronic conditions develop.

Testing may be recommended  if deemed to be relevant to the case. They can help to provide a more accurate diagnosis which will enable us to design a specific protocol for the client to follow with their diet and supplementation. Detailed graphic reports are provided along with analysis and explanation of findings.

There are a wide range of tests that can be carried out , but the most common areas where they are used are the following:

  • Food Intolerance testing (IgG) - for food sensitivities
  • Adrenal Stress Profile - for chronic fatigue and stress
  • CDSA (Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis) - for chronic digestive issues
  • Candida- a yeast overgrowth that can cause a wide range of symptoms
  • Liver check - for concern about liver health
  • Homocysteine - high levels are particualrly linked to cardiovascular risk
