These are run termly at Carmenta Life, Berkhamsted on a Tuesday evening from 7.30-9.30pm and a Thursday morning from 9.30am-11.30am. Next programme starts Tuesday 10th January 2012 and Thursday 12th January 2012. You can join at anytime during the term!
